Ethopian Tomato FitFit Salad

2 cups ripe Tomatoes, seeded & diced or 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes, diced
1 1/2 cups Cucumbers, diced
1/4 cup sweet onion, diced
1 Jalapeno, seeded and finely diced
4 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Red Wine Vinegar or 2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 T Sugar
1/4 tsp Chili Flakes
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Toss together all ingredients except olive oil. Sprinkle with olive oil.
